✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including hygiene seals (if applicable).
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or promotional giveaways.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💾 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
